Oakway Properties represented Alton Properties in the purchase
 of 9.14 acres in the Town of Indian Trail, NC, and was involved as a consultant in Alton’s construction of a 40,000 sq. ft. Class A flex industrial building. Upon completion Alton Properties’ sister company, PrevenTech, Inc., relocated from Matthews to this building, occupying approximately 20,000 sq. ft.
